Made it. Loved it!!!!

I Love Pumpkin Pie Fudge... so I tried making it this weekend. It is so yummie! It would be great for a gift, thanksgiving treat, or for when you have friends or family over. I didn't add the walnuts to mine. I don't think it really needs it. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
9 oz. white chocolate, chopped
7 oz. jar marshmallow crème
1 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Stir together first six ingredients in a 3 ½ - quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 234° (soft-ball stage).

Remove pan from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased aluminum foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cool; cut fudge into squares.

Love It!

I know, I know, more pictures of the kids! I just got some of the pictures that kati took- just wanted to share with you a couple of my favorites!! k- so they are all my favorites- but way to many pictures to post!

Bryan loves kicking a ball. He started kicking balls at 10 months old. We love to watch in amazement and laugh!

Danny really should get the "Best Big Brother" award! He is so good to his little brother and puts up with all of his abuse. For those of you that know Bryan, you know just how mean he can get! Thanks Danny for all that you do!

Love this picture! No real reason... I just do!

Such a good looking kid!

Melt. My. Heart.

Family Halloween Party

My niece Stephanie (Edward Scissor Hands) hosted our family Halloween party! She did a fabulous job- we had a ton of fun and check out her costume!
Cesar, the pirate really got into character of his costume, he was stabbing people all night long. Grrrrr Mattie....

We found Danny outside dead, luckily we an extra head stone! He will be missed.

This is my other niece Natalie- she is a Candy Corn Witch... hummmm, Doesn't look very witchie to me!!!

Here we are together. Scary bunch.

Happy Halloween!!!

We went to St. George for fall break and Bryan got his first swimming pool experience. As you can see, we had him well equipped. He spent more time crying about getting close to the water then actual time spent in the water. Love it when that happens!!!!

I LOVE this picture!!! Bryan's favorite time during church is after the sacrament is passed. What kind of parent teaches their kid to do this kind of stuff???? Couldn't take the picture at church so we had to bring them home and do it! The best part is, it never gets old. Every Sunday we laugh like it is the first time we are seeing it.

For whatever reason Bryan's new thing is hanging. He loves to hang. He will hang from whatever he can find to hang from. Swing and hang, swing and hang!

Good Times !

For our anniversary we spent the weekend in Park City. It was the perfect time of year to see the fall colors and the drive their was so beautiful!

We took a ride on the ski lift. It had been years since I had been on one. I forgot how much fun it was. It was about a 40 min. ride. One of the high lights of our weekend.

Another picture of the view. This is where "Old Historic Main Street" starts.

Cesar, found this friend and insisted on sharing his drink with him. Nice, but he sure didn't say to much!

And..... best of all, the only picture we got together!

1,095 days and counting !

It's official... We have been married 3 years as of today! I can still remember that day as if it was yesterday. I was a little late showing up to the temple and Cesar was a little worried. I have been keeping him on his toes ever since.

I absolutely loved my flowers. In fact, I loved them so much that I felt really bad leaving on my honeymoon- because they would be dead when I got back!

One of my old young women leaders made my veil. We bought my dress from her shop and rented the tuxes from there as well. Cesar looks really serious in this picture- I think it is because it just hit him what he had gotten him self into!

He has kept me laughing ever since! Cesar is a very kind and compassionate person. I was lucky to see before hand the kind of father he would be. He works really hard for us each day and whatever he does, he does it well. I love him for that and many other reasons. Happy Anniversary to us!

Talented Friends

I have some of the most talented friends. I'm not just saying that because they are my friends.... they really are talented. My friend Kati took some pictures of our family. Because she is such a great photographer and people want to know her secrets she has created this blog. Check it out your self and see how good she really is!!!

The Latest and Greatest....

This is Danny's 2nd year in soccer. Last year we found out that he was quite the little "soccer star". His position is usually a forward, which he loves because they are the ones that get to make the goals. This year he has also been able to play in some other positions. We look forward to Tuesday and Thursday nights to watch him play. We love to yell "Salazar scores again" from the side lines!!!

What a cute little bunch! I am glad they are my little bunch.
You can't actually see Danny in this photo but he really is there. He was selected with 5 other kids to hold the snake. It was huge. The best part was the snakes tail going up the little girls dress on the very end.

Wait... go to the post before this one!

Continuation of the Family reunion... After eating, we played games and did skits. This is a picture of my groups skits. It was great fun... and we can hardly wait for next year.

Danny and Bryan at the County Fair strolling along through the animals. Bryan loves his little dog back pack and can't go any where without it.

Cheek to cheek. I loved this picture. I just felt like these pigs were best friends!

Look how excited Danny was for his first day of school. Can you just feel the excitement?

This is the cute little first grader that lives next door. He comes and picks Danny up every morning for the bus.

The last 6 months

I am trying to get better at this blogger thing, I just down loaded 573 pictures. So bare with me as I catch you up to the things we have been up to this summer!

This is my great niece Layla (my nephews baby) She was born at 27 weeks. She weighed 3 lbs 2 oz. I think she was born the first of June. She is still in the hospital- and will be there until her due date which is some time this month. She now weighs over 8 lbs- but she has to learn how to eat before she can leave. She is still fed by a feeding tube.

I surprised Cesar for his birthday and took him to our families condo in SLC for the night. This is the view out the window. It was cool to be so close to the temple. At night it was so beautiful with the lights shining on it.
I had never seen Temple Square so bare. It felt like we were the only people there. It was a nice contrast compared to when we usually go in December and all of Utah is there. We could actually see things and noticed other things that we had not seen before. Happy 29Th Cesar!!!

This is a family from my mission. They have been trying to find me for 9 years. They were visiting family in Payson and decided to open the phone book and call every single Frazier. They just happen to call my Parents house first, and I just happen to be there. Pretty crazy huh!!! It was fun to see them and get caught up again.

Family Reunion...... Every year we try to have a family party that is different then all the rest. So we just call it our family reunion. It is a tradition that everyone has to bring a dutch oven dish to share. Lots of yummy food.

Tagged.....

I am......... so tired! Bryan gets up at 5:30 am, and he is ready to go for the day! No rest for the weary.

I think.......about weird stuff, and then I role play it out in my head. Makes for a really busy day.

I know....... not near as much as I did when I was 18. However, I know that the Gospel is true and it brings us happiness. I know that Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to return to him. I know that I am very blessed, and that I still have lots to learn.
I want........ A house and a mini van!!!! That's right, a mini van! It has become my ideal car. I want to laugh so hard that my stomach hurts. I want to be super on top of things and have it all together, and I always want Ice Cream!

I have........ a husband and 2 kids. We all seem to keep each other busy in one way or another. I have many other things but those are of the greatest importance.

I wish....I wasn't so uptight about little silly things! I wish that I got paid for staying home with the kids- not just in blessings, but with real cash. I wish we could go to my mom's for dinner every night. I wish I had a nanny!!!!

I hate....Making dinner!!!! I hate thinking about what to make, how to make it different from the night before... blah blah blah.

I miss.... sunlight coming through my windows, feeling the nights air on my face (perks of a basement apartment). I miss my grandparents as well, and late night walks in the summer with my girl friends.

I fear..... EVERYTHING ! You name it, I have feared it!

I feel....grateful for everything I have been blessed with.

I hear... Danny practicing the piano, the song "we thank thee, oh God for a prophet". One day I hope to play the piano as good as he does. I could listen to him all day!

I smell.....Dirty diapers- time to take the garbage out!

I search.....for things that I put down 2 minutes ago. I have no memory of what I put where. I also search for my cell phone all the time- drives me crazy!
I wonder... When Bryan will be ready to be potty trained. I know this sounds crazy- but he tells me before he has to go.

I regret....not being more involved during my school years, and being afraid to try.

I love... my family! I would be so lost with out them. I love seeing my babies hand prints on the windows and the mirrors. I love the holidays. I love the changing of the seasons. I love family gatherings- and can find any excuse to have one!

I care ....way to much about things I have no control over.

I always... try to have some what of a good attitude about things. I want to be positive in this negative world.

I am not .... nice. I used to be- but not any more. I just say it how it is- no fluff!

I believe.... that I do have a purpose. I use to feel like I was here to do something spectacular. Then one day I figured out that "spectacular" thing was to be the best mom I could be and teach my children all that I could the best I could.

I dance....with all my heart! I love dancing!!!! I love letting loose and being crazy. I loved to see the looks on peoples face when I would invite them to my belly dancing performances. I loved to clog, and country dance. One of these days when we have time Cesar and I are going to get some Latin dancing in as well.

I sing.... off key. I try not to sing to loud in church cause Cesar and Danny get embarrassed. I like to sing to Bryan.. he thinks I'm good. I like to make up words to songs and when no one is home.... I sing opera!

I don't always... have patience. I think when I got married I left my "patience" in Mexico on my honeymoon. Maybe I should go back to try to find it. I'm all for that!

I write... my grocery list, and every once in a while a list of "things to do".

I win.... usually never! I did win $50 at my high school graduation party and a bike at the fun run but pretty sure that is about it!

I lose... 10 lbs gain 10 lbs. it's a never ending battle! I also lose my cell phone and my keys a lot.

I never.... want to run a marathon. I'm so with Heidi on this one.

I listen.... to others when they confide in me with their "stuff". I listen to Cesar when he comes home from work to hear how his day was, I listen to Danny when he gets home from school to learn about all the exciting things in fifth grade, and I listen to Bryan jabber to try to figure out what he is saying. I love silence. I usually don't turn on the radio or listen to music unless I am by my self, then it is just noise.

I'm scared of...bears, the unknown, something tragic happening to my family.

I read... magazines. That is all I have time for these days. An article here, an article there. The last book I read was, I am a mother. It was really good and I recommend it to any one that is a mother.
I am happy about.... completing projects, making a really good dessert, seeing Danny and Bryan do things that make them happy, feeling like I accomplished alot during Bryan's nap time..... oh and most of all, I am happy about being able to have the time to shave my legs in the shower occasionally!
I am tagging.....no one. I think all that people that have looked at this have all ready done it!

This one is for you!!!!! (Kati and Heidi)

So sorry girls that you have had to look at the same post for the last 2 months! I really do want to do better. So, thanks to Kati I have these super cute pictures of Bryan. I just LOVE them! Thanks for taking them sis. I tired to pick a favorite- but I couldn't, I just loved every one. I can't believe that he is almost 18 months. His new favorite word is No and Mine- he doesn't just like to say the word No- but he prefers to scream it! So, that makes it really nice!
