Made it. Loved it!!!!
I Love Pumpkin Pie Fudge... so I tried making it this weekend. It is so yummie! It would be great for a gift, thanksgiving treat, or for when you have friends or family over. I didn't add the walnuts to mine. I don't think it really needs it. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Pie Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
9 oz. white chocolate, chopped
7 oz. jar marshmallow crème
1 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Stir together first six ingredients in a 3 ½ - quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 234° (soft-ball stage).
Remove pan from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased aluminum foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cool; cut fudge into squares.

Family Halloween Party
Thursday, October 23, 2008
We went to St. George for fall break and Bryan got his first swimming pool experience. As you can see, we had him well equipped. He spent more time crying about getting close to the water then actual time spent in the water. Love it when that happens!!!!
I LOVE this picture!!! Bryan's favorite time during church is after the sacrament is passed. What kind of parent teaches their kid to do this kind of stuff???? Couldn't take the picture at church so we had to bring them home and do it! The best part is, it never gets old. Every Sunday we laugh like it is the first time we are seeing it.
For whatever reason Bryan's new thing is hanging. He loves to hang. He will hang from whatever he can find to hang from. Swing and hang, swing and hang!

Good Times !
For our anniversary we spent the weekend in Park City. It was the perfect time of year to see the fall colors and the drive their was so beautiful!
We took a ride on the ski lift. It had been years since I had been on one. I forgot how much fun it was. It was about a 40 min. ride. One of the high lights of our weekend.

1,095 days and counting !
It's official... We have been married 3 years as of today! I can still remember that day as if it was yesterday. I was a little late showing up to the temple and Cesar was a little worried. I have been keeping him on his toes ever since.
I absolutely loved my flowers. In fact, I loved them so much that I felt really bad leaving on my honeymoon- because they would be dead when I got back!

One of my old young women leaders made my veil. We bought my dress from her shop and rented the tuxes from there as well. Cesar looks really serious in this picture- I think it is because it just hit him what he had gotten him self into!
He has kept me laughing ever since! Cesar is a very kind and compassionate person. I was lucky to see before hand the kind of father he would be. He works really hard for us each day and whatever he does, he does it well. I love him for that and many other reasons. Happy Anniversary to us!
